Chicken in a Basket
Ingredients:
- 3# Chicken, cut-up
- 1 1/4c grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1t salt
- 1/4t pepper
- 1/2c Butter or Margarine, melted
- Preparation:
- Heat oven to 425. Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix
cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into butter,
then coat with cheese mixture.
Place Chicken skin side down in greased baking
pan. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake
uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake
20 minutes longer or until tender and juices run
clear. Serve chilled.
